Weekly national seasonal respiratory report and Covid-19 weekly report - from 30 November 2022 these reports will be published under the new title Weekly national respiratory infection and COVID-19 statistical report.

Scottish Cervical Screening Programme Statistics scheduled for 22 November 2022 has been delayed until 21 March 2023, this is due to changes in KPIs and team resource constraints affecting the reporting schedule.

Scottish Cardiac Audit Programme (SCAP) - preannounced for 27 September 2022 has been rescheduled to allow additional time for data validation. The draft reports are currently being reviewed by the clinical community and will now be published on 17 January 2023.

HIV diagnoses in Scotland: annual data - has been re scheduled from 20 September 2022 to 29 November 2022. This is to address data quality issues and also to align with World Aids Day on 1 December. 

Enhanced Surveillance of Covid-19 in Scotland - Population-based seroprevalence surveillance previously pre announced weekly has been paused until further notice, the last report was 3 August 2022. Results presented covered the phase of the project between week commencing 20 April 2020, when the first programme samples were received, up to and including week beginning 27 June 2022, when funding for this period ended. Continuation of the programme is currently being discussed between PHS and their Scottish Government colleagues in the relevant policy areas.

The Emergency Care Activity Annual publication due for release on 12 July 2022 is being rescheduled to allow a new and more interactive format, as well as more timely information contained in the annual publication (monthly/weekly).

The Mental Health Inpatient Activity publication due for release on 13 December 2022 has been rescheduled to 28 March 2023 due to new analysis necessary, based on stakeholder intelligence needs, and resource issues.

  • Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) Waiting Times

    • March 2023

    Waiting times for Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) across Scotland. Progress to the standard of 18 weeks referral to treatment is reported on. This publication will contain extra analysis from Child, Adolescent and Psychological Therapies National Dataset (CAPTND). This is experimental analysis, using patient level information, will be in the appendix and cannot be compared to the official data contained in the report.

  • Psychological Therapies Waiting Times

    • March 2023

    Waiting times for Psychological Therapies in Scotland. From December 2014 patients should have to wait no more than 18 weeks from referral to treatment. This publication will show progress towards that standard. Includes developmental data. This publication will contain extra analysis from Child, Adolescent and Psychological Therapies National Dataset (CAPTND). This is experimental analysis using patient level information will be in the appendix and cannot be compared to the official data contained in the report.

  • Delayed Discharges in NHSScotland

    • March 2023

    The publication provides a monthly update on the number of hospital bed days associated with delayed discharges for a full calendar month. Information is also provided on the number of people experiencing a delay in discharge from hospital at the monthly census point. The data relate to people aged 18 and over.

    Summary of information on antenatal booking appointment including gestation at booking appointment

  • Childhood Immunisation Statistics Scotland

    • March 2023

    Childhood immunisation uptake rates by 12 and 24 months of age, and 5 and 6 years of age, for the quarter and calendar year ending December 2022.

  • Upper GI Cancer Quality Performance Indicators

    • March 2023

    National reporting of Upper GI Cancer Quality Performance Indicators (patients diagnosed between Jan 19 - Dec 21).

  • Prescribing Statistics - Community Pharmacy Contractor Activity open data

    • March 2023

    This is a data file containing information on Community Pharmacy activity and direct pharmaceutical care services. The file will be released quarterly but will contain monthly data

  • Prescribing Statistics - Monthly Prescribing Activity Data

    • March 2023

    The data extract is presented as downloadable text (. csv) file and covers practice level prescribing for the month of June 2020. A dashboard will also be available to enable preview the data without downloading the large file. The data extract will also feed into existing dashboards which present historical data already published elsewhere on the ISD website (in the August 2020 Summary stats dashboard).

  • Prescribing Statistics - Prescribing practice and dispensing pharmacy open data

    • March 2023

    This is a data file containing information on the prescribing of items from Scottish General Practices, dentists and hospitals subsequently dispensed in the community and which community pharmacies items were dispensed from. The file will be released quarterly but will contain monthly data.

  • Allied Health Professionals - Musculoskeletal Waiting Times

    • March 2023

    Waiting times for AHP MSK in Scotland. From 1st April 2016, the maximum wait for AHP MSK Services from referral to first clinical out-patient appointment will be 4 weeks (for 90% of patients). First clinical appointment may be by telephone, video or face to face. This publication will show progress towards that target.
